 BUYING BY MAIL:

For orders outside easy travel distance, you have TWO choices re purchasing. If you're uncomfortable buying directly from a website like ours, you can instead purchase any item shown on this site from our RUBY LANE SHOP. If the item you want isn't listed in our Ruby Lane shop (it's hard to keep adding to both sites) just EMAIL US with the name or number of the item you want and we'll list it in our RUBY LANE SHOP for you. We'll notify you when it's been posted there so you can go in and buy it that way. Please note:

We do have spam blocking in place on email, so you will be asked to verify your email. Please reply to verification notice or your email will not be forwarded to us.

Once you've decided which shipping option you want (must include insurance!) please remit payment by MONEY ORDER, CASHIERS CHEQUE or PAYPAL. Please note: there's a small fee added to orders paid via PayPal because of their fees. Our Canadian clients can also pay directly using INTERAC (our preference). Your order will be shipped immediately on receipt of payment.
