 BUYING BY MAIL:

For orders outside easy travel distance, you have TWO choices re purchasing. If you're uncomfortable buying directly from a website like ours, you can instead purchase any item shown on this site (except for the more contemporary items found in RINGS or GOLD) from our RUBY LANE SHOP.

If you would prefer the security of purchasing via an established site like RUBY LANE, just EMAIL US with the name or number of the item you want and we'll list it in our RUBY LANE SHOP for you. We'll notify you when it's been posted there so you can go in and buy it that way. Please note:

Otherwise, you can order directly from us (and this must be done for contemporary items) via this website by sending us the following information:

We will respond to your email within 24 hours giving you shipping options, costs & other necessary information to complete your order. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours, please call us on (905) 318 - 6222. Your email may not have reached us if you failed to verify your email as mentioned above.

Once you've decided which shipping option you want (must include insurance!) please remit payment by MONEY ORDER, CASHIERS CHEQUE or PAYPAL. Your order will be shipped immediately on receipt of payment. We ship using Canada Post prices and you'll be charged only what Canada Post charges us. NOTE: FREE SHIPPING may apply to some of the higher end items!
