Stunning Gem Grade Peacock Blue-Green Solid Australian Black Opal Pendant! Exquisite fire burns within this immaculate solid (not a double or triplet) Australian opal that measures 10.9 x 5.1mm x 2.3, set in 14k yellow gold (acid tested as it is unmarked). While not a huge pendant (please see pictures), the overall length of the pendant including the gold is 16.2mm long (0.62 inch), and the approximate carat weight of this solid opal is 0.95ct. Classified as “Broad Sheen”, the colours range from deep azure blue to bright peacock green, with flecks of gold and a deep low-lying purplish-blue. Its pattern is “Floral/Roll”, and its brightness a 3.5 out of a possible 5. Again, this is not a large pendant, but the opal is exquisite and packs A LOT of punch in its small size. The pendant will come with the chain shown, which is 10k yellow gold and approximately 18 inches long.
